Q. What does it cost?
A. That depends on what you want done to your image.
My fee is $25.00 per half-hour.
Most basic images can be enhanced in as little as 30 minutes. A modeling glamour shot requiring body sculpting and lip or eye work can require an hour to an hour and a half.

Q. What kind of payment do you accept?
A. I accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover. All payments are handled by PayPal.com, so your credit card information is safe and secure.
Q. How long does it take to retouch my photo?
A. My normal turnaround time is 5 days. Rush orders are available at additional +50% of the price.
Q. What is the best format to submit my photo in? JPEG, TIFF, PSD?
A. Photos must be at a resolution of at least 300 dpi and saved as a JPEG, TIFF, or PSD.
Q. Can I mail a print to you and have you scan it and retouch it?
A. No. Any photograph can be digitized by scanning. If you have a high quality scanner you can digitize your photographs yourself.
Local photo labs can digitize your photographs for you, converting your printed photos to digital format and storing them on a CD. National chains such as Walgreen's, CVS, Wal-Mart, Staples, Office Max and Kinko's can also perform this service for you.
Q. Do you ship your work overseas to be done?
A. No. All of my work is done right here in Allentown, Pennsylvania. I do have an assistant who works in my studio with my supervision. Each and every file that is delivered has received my personal attention and finishing touches.
Q. Can I see the results of the retouching before the order is delivered?
A. Yes! I will email a watermarked version of the file for your approval before completing and delivering the final version of the file.
Q. How is the final version delivered?
A. Electronically via email attachment or as a downloadable file depending upon the finished file size. Final versions are generally made available in JPEG format unless another format is requested at the time the order is placed.
Q. Do you do restorations or modifications of product or commercial photos?
A. Yes. I have expertise in all types of commercial photo preparation and modification.
Q: Do you keep a copy of my files?
A: Yes, I keep a before and after archived for 10 years.
